Delivery and payment

1. Introduction
This Delivery & Payment Policy outlines how BusiCode delivers its coaching sessions, workshops, and digital materials, and how payments are processed.
To ensure full transparency and reliability, all orders and services are payable via Cash on Delivery (COD) only.
Our goal is to provide secure access, personalized service, and clear terms for every client.
2. Service Delivery
A. Coaching Sessions and Programs

Coaching sessions are conducted online via secure video platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams.

In-person sessions are available within Switzerland upon request and are confirmed by email after booking.

After placing an order, clients receive a confirmation email containing session details and payment amount due upon delivery.

Session access and scheduling become active after successful COD payment confirmation.

Multi-week coaching programs include structured lessons, exercises, and follow-ups as specified in your booking confirmation.
B. Workshops and Retreats

Workshop and retreat details (location, date, materials) are provided via email after order confirmation.

If BusiCode reschedules an event, participants may choose to attend on the new date or request a full refund.

For retreats, full schedules and accommodation information are shared at least 7 days before the start date.
C. Digital Products and Materials

E-books, guides, and digital tools are sent by email or download link once Cash on Delivery payment is confirmed.

Access links remain valid for at least 12 months from delivery date.

All digital products are for personal educational use only and may not be copied, shared, or resold.
3. Payment Method — Cash on Delivery Only
BusiCode currently accepts Cash on Delivery (COD) as the only payment method.

Payment is made directly to the courier or authorized delivery partner at the time of receiving your order confirmation documents or access credentials.

Please prepare the exact amount in Swiss Francs (CHF); couriers may not carry change.

Orders not paid upon delivery cannot be processed or activated.
4. Order Confirmation
After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation that includes:

Order summary and total payable amount

Contact information for customer support
Once your payment has been received, you will get:

Payment confirmation

Official invoice (PDF)

Access links or session details for your purchased service
If confirmation does not arrive within 24 hours, please check your spam folder or contact support@busicodes.com.
5. Invoicing and Corporate Clients
Corporate or institutional clients may request a COD invoice for accounting purposes.
To request one, email support@busicodes.com with your company name, billing address, and VAT number.
Invoices are issued in Swiss Francs (CHF) and comply with Swiss commercial accounting regulations.
6. Delivery or Access Issues
If you have not received your confirmation or access email after COD payment:

Check your spam or promotions folder first.

If still missing after 24 hours, contact support@busicodes.com.
Our team will verify the payment and resend your materials or links promptly.
7. Security and Data Protection
All transactions and deliveries are handled through secure, encrypted channels.
BusiCode never stores payment information and does not process online card payments.
All personal data are protected under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
