All content created or provided by BusiCode during the course of our services remains the intellectual property of BusiCode unless otherwise stated in a separate agreement. Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the delivered software and documentation for their internal business purposes only.

Payment terms for our services will be outlined in the individual service agreements. Late payments may incur interest charges and we reserve the right to suspend services until payments are made in full. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the service agreement.

BusiCode strives to maintain the highest levels of service availability. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services. Scheduled maintenance may occur, and we will provide notice when possible. We are not liable for any downtime or disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control.

Your use of our services may involve the submission of personal information. We are committed to protecting your privacy and will handle your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in that policy.

Any disputes arising from your use of our services will be governed by the laws of Switzerland. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Zürich, Switzerland, for the resolution of any disputes.
